We are assisting them in their search for a Hong Kong-based Group Head of Total Rewards.

The Role

The Group Head of Total Rewards will report to the Head of HR and work closely with senior executives to develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with market trends and the company's objectives. Responsibilities will include leading the executive compensation, rewards design, and rewards and HRIS operations functions. You will manage a team of over 30 rewards professionals and spearhead projects aimed at ensuring fair and motivating rewards for all employees.

The Individual

To be considered for the role, you must be an experienced and accomplished leader in Compensation and Benefits (C&B). You should have a proven track record of managing a group function of a similar size and complexity. Your leadership experience in C&B should span over 15 years, and you should have a deep understanding of the practices and regulations governing C&B across diverse regions, particularly in Asia. Your experience should also include managing large-scale C&B projects in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. It is important that you possess excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency in the local language.
