The Company
We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global manufacturer of engineered materials that support a broad range of industries. As they continue to adapt their business to changing market needs, they have created a new HR Director – Global Operations role. With headquarters in both Europe and the US, this role could be based in either region.
The Role
Reporting into the VP HR, this role is the key HR Business Partner for global functions including supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and commercial. A member of the senior leadership team, this is an individual contributor role responsible for driving major transformation and culture change initiatives as the organization moves towards a true performance culture. A core focus will be a review of current practices and enhancing HR capabilities with a focus on operational excellence.
The Individual
Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years business partnering experience in a senior role. They will be strong across the fundamentals of HR especially organization design, talent management, strategic workforce planning rewards and labor relations. Candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will have developed a cultural fluency from working in global organizations. A strong individual contributor who has superior stakeholder management skills and can effectively influence in a multi-functional matrix structure. In addition, this person will have transformation experience and proven ability building a high performing HR function.
