The Role
The APAC Remuneration and Rewards Lead will play an integral role ensuring delivery to the business and expert advice on all aspects of remuneration. Reporting to an exceptional HR Leader of People Enablement and guiding a small team located within Australia and Asia, this role will lead on all strategic remuneration initiatives and be responsible for the remuneration review as well as bringing expertise in Reward to offer new ideas for engagement initiatives. The APAC Remuneration and Rewards Lead will own the strategy and oversee the full cycle of remuneration activity, partnering closely with the CPO for Executive remuneration and ensuring the team deliver on all associated processes. Sitting as part of a broader centre of expertise, the APAC Remuneration and Rewards Lead will engage with an innovative peer group including talent, operations, and global mobility, to ensure alignment of strategy and a first-class people experience.
The Individual
This role requires proven experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the full remuneration cycle, including the development and review of total rewards. Providing strategic advice and leadership to the team whilst streamlining policies and processes. The remit is tech enabled with Workday and primed for fresh ideas, a new way of working and an expert who energises interactions with the function. The successful candidate will engage with influence and bring a solid expertise to ensure relationships with stakeholders are maintained and strengthened and external vendor relationships are valued but used only as required.
