The Company

Our client is a multinational organisation based in Europe that operates in the manufacturing sector. The company is currently going through a significant expansion and transformation across the globe. Since India plays a vital role in their business, they are looking for a competent leader who can drive productivity and innovation in their manufacturing and supply chain vertical.

The Role

This position will report directly to the CHRO and oversee a team of plant HR heads and cluster heads. The role will be based in Mumbai. As a newly created position in the HR function, this role will have significant autonomy to drive the agenda in the manufacturing ecosystem, and will also have the IR function reporting to it.  

The Individual

Strong experience in HR business partnering within a manufacturing/plant setting is a requirement for this role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, and be able to drive productivity. They should have a deep understanding of the nuances of multi-city manufacturing/plant ecosystems and be able to provide strategic insight to transform it into a world-class setup. This role will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver HR solutions, and drive the HR agenda across the country.
