Potential Challenges
Working as part of a small team in addition to overseeing HR operations the role will act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team. You must be comfortable coaching, advising and influencing senior leadership on People & Culture/management best practices. You will be required to demonstrate previous success in leading people strategies and coaching through change across the business.
