Headquartered in Tokyo, this organisation is gaining more and more global presence by acquiring some major players in Europe and the US. They are a highly innovative company and are continuing to invest in digitalisation and the advancement of technology on a global scale.
The Role
This role is a strategic partner to the CHRO, and other members of the HR and Business Leadership teams globally. The HR leader oversees all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding across the business globally. This role will play a critical part in building a talent acquisition platform that supports the talent strategy and places a premium on development, diversity, and branding. You will be required to build relationships across the business and build a full-suite of recruitment practices with a particular emphasis on identifying internal talent and enabling career growth and development in collaboration with the Talent Strategy, HRBPs and senior leadership. You will also partner with the CHRO to build an Employer Branding platform that positions the company as best-in-class and attracts a diverse range of global talent.
The Individual
You will have a minimum of 10 years success-based talent acquisition experience in both hands-on and managerial capacities. You are a keen driver of diversity and employer branding. Demonstrate success in building and maintaining key external relationships and partnering with internal stakeholders to identify and develop talent. Have the required experience in utilising metrics regularly to track and maintain performance. Fluency in English and Japanese is a must.
