The Role
Leading the People and Culture function, the Country Head of HR will partner with the senior leadership team to drive and develop proactive HR and business partnering support, to enhance and evolve the effective streamlining of the Singapore office.
The Individual
With professional services/legal industry experience, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to partners/senior leaders, the key to success in this role is managing the full range of HR strategy and operations. For example, ensuring practices comply with local regulatory requirements, HR business partnering, and employee relations issues through coordinating and managing operational HR, talent attraction and retention strategies, and delivering HR-related projects.
