The organisation is looking for an HR Director Commercial to be based in Berlin, Germany or in Paris, France. The role will be a central point of contact for people operations in the commercial division. It will establish consistent, unified HR processes, systems and structures across Europe, ensure close collaboration involving the business and HR leadership. The position will closely partner with business leaders, support and co-shape business decisions. Furthermore, it will shape, coach and develop the Commercial HR Team towards a more professional, internationally collaborating, digitised HR organisation.
You should possess a proven track record of effectively building and scaling HR in a tech organisation. Experience with change management, with establishing state-of-the art people processes, with digital HR transformation is essential. Change management, commercial mindset, growth mindset, hands-on capabilities are important for success. We are looking for an individual to be based in Berlin or Paris so native language is imperative.
