Based in the Western United States (Pacific or Mountain time zone) and reporting to the global Head of Total Rewards, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs around the world, with the goal of attracting, motivating, and retaining key talent. This position will manage a small global team of compensation consultants. This role is expected to bring strong thought leadership and direction on global technology industry pay practices including the leadership of major change and transformation initiatives.
We are looking for a compensation expert with a mix of deep US and global compensation experience. A compensation consulting background in addition to corporate experience would be ideal. This client is looking for highly specialised knowledge of complex compensation information, structures, and tools on a global scale especially in the technology (software services/SaaS) arena. Exceptional project management and change management skills are ‘must haves’ and this individual should have previous experience leading global teams. He or she must be confident in managing senior stakeholders. Strong experience in HCM systems will be needed with Workday experience being advantageous.
