We are happy to continue to work with this global organisation, in helping them find a Head of Executive Leadership Development. This company is a market leader in their field, having committed to a huge transformation of their business in recent months. The organisation is very well established and known in HR as having a real focus on effective Talent and development programs throughout the organisation. This is an exciting new role in the business and will be instrumental in helping the business leaders drive the changes required for further future success.
This position reports to the Head of Talent and is responsible for the top 200 leadership positions in the business which consists of a total population of over 50,000 people. In this role, you will need to work with multiple stakeholders globally and have to work effectively in a de centralised organisation bringing in global standards and simplification in terms of the interventions. That said, this business is very focused on innovation and technology so traditional methods combined with more innovative, tailored, specific and modern thinking and interventions will also be a focus. Located in Lausanne, the role will require excellent facilitation and people skills and the ability to work within a multicultural and rapidly changing environment. The role is global and so therefore cover both mature and growth markets.
The individual we are seeking will have a strong track record of success in Leadership Development on an international basis preferably having lived and worked across more than one region. Strong commercial acumen will be important, and the ability to influence senior leadership is critical. We are looking for a pragmatic individual who can apply ‘commonsense’ as well as a theoretical and logical approach. This person could have focused on Leadership Development for all of their career or partially with depth and a broader experience in Talent Management.
