The Role

The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) will develop best-in-class talent acquisition strategies, methods, referrals, direct sourcing and social media strategy that support the goals and objectives of the business. Reporting to the SVP Human Resources, the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will be a brand ambassador, have a keen focus on process improvement, infrastructure, growing the capabilities/efficiencies of the TA team and hiring managers through working in a highly collaborative approach and partnering closely with the business and key stakeholders. This role is accountable for the talent acquisition strategy, implementation and service level standards across the organization. You will partner closely with business leadership and other internal customers and contribute to the design and evolution of leading-edge recruiting tools and processes.  

The Individual

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or related experience and a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience. You will need to demonstrate success and experience in large and complex environments where you have had responsibility for end to end recruiting cycles across an organization, including high level executive recruiting functions. The individual will have proven ability to assess, analyze, and communicate company needs, market realities, and talent management implications and collaborate with HR and business partners to deliver the desired results. An undergraduate degree is required.
