The leading HR Director role will be based out of Sharjah in UAE. This is very much a strategic business partnering opportunity in a heavily-matrixed set-up. The stakeholders will require an understanding of the challenges of the Middle East market. This is a role for a mature and strategic thinker with proven expertise in setting up HR functions and teams.
The appointment will require at least 10 years’ of broad, generalist HR experience, ideally with an understanding of multi-divisional businesses. Strong build-out skills are expected as the position is currently very much a blank canvas. HR is still evolving at the organisation and there is a need for real agility and patience in helping shape its future. The Executive Leadership team is well-respected and has an exciting vision for the future.
