We are representing a market leader in biotech, an organization proud of its rapid global growth journey, on the precipice of launching the latest advances in game-changing therapeutics. As a result, we are looking to recruit the company’s next Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Operations. With exciting growth plans over the next several months and years, the new Head of TA will focus on building TA strategies and supporting a global Operations organization to enable business expansion and integration. This role is based in the Northeast, with onsite presence required.
This Head of Talent Acquisition role sits in the largest division of the organization and is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition. Leading a sizeable team, this position has global scope. This role will require a high degree of strategic agility, stakeholder management skills, and the capability to support multiple client groups, including working closely with the Head of Operations and her leadership team. This role is a potential successor to the overall global head of Talent Acquisition.
Qualified candidates will bring proven best practice in recruitment, recruiting operations, analytics, and sourcing concerning process development, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, ideally with exposure to RPO environments. Experience in devising TA strategies in rapid scale manufacturing environments, recruiting for a specialized workforce, and tenure within a highly regulated industry is necessary. Candidates without demonstrable experience in these areas will not be considered. To be successful, you’ll bring an entrepreneurial spirit, an operations background, and a data-driven approach. In addition, our client is also looking for a fabulous people leader with superior stakeholder management skills to effectively build relationships with leadership teams across the organization.
