With over 50 schools across 27 countries, they are the leading provider in this field and are driven by providing high quality education and ensuring excellent academic outcomes. The exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Talent Acquisition function in their London global HQ.
Reporting into the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with your regional and local TA and HR colleagues, you will support the business and schools on all matters relating to recruitment, on both a strategic and operational level. You will drive key recruitment focused projects such as the implementation of a new global ATS, building a direct sourcing model and supporting the planning and preparation for recruitment events. In addition, you will drive constant improvement and best practice across all relevant process and policy. This will be a varied and dynamic role covering all aspects of Talent Acquisition on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, project and program management, as well as delivery. You must have worked in truly global, blue chip corporations and have proven experience of building and managing relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of the Education sector is desirable but not essential. Displaying excellent communication skills, you will be able to negotiate with, influence and gain the confidence of senior stakeholders, pushing back and challenging when necessary. You will be a self-motivated, proactive and highly organised individual with a strong work ethic and high levels of personal integrity.
