The Company

We are working with a global medical tech firm with a global head office in APAC to recruit a HR Director based in Tokyo.

The Role

The HR Director will oversee the entire Japan operations, working closely with the global CHRO and local stakeholders. The HR Director will manage a mid-size team and be a strategic partner to ensure continued business growth.

The Individual

The role will require someone with a robust understanding of local HR policies who is also able to leverage global initiatives to help grow the Japanese business. Experience of working in both Japanese and foreign capital companies would be ideal but not required. A good working knowledge of both English and Japanese is necessary to partner with members locally and across the region.
