The Role

As part of the APAC HR leadership team, the Senior Director, Recruitment is responsible for the development and implementation of the long-term talent objectives, strategic workforce planning and business goals of the company.

Prior industry experience is not necessary. Key to the success of this role are the mastery of relationship building and a collaborative style in delivering results. Understanding of business drivers and crafting of innovative solutions are important to ensure that the company attracts and retains the best talent. In the current workplace, familiarity with technology and analytics are essential.
