The Company

A global technology company that operates in over 200 cities worldwide is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of People for their Hong Kong and Singapore offices. This highly visible business partner and people leadership role will require the successor to design and execute a robust, fit-for-purpose HR and people agenda, positioning the company for future growth in the region. The role is based in Hong Kong.

The Role

As the Head of People, you will report to the EMEA Head of HR and be responsible for designing and executing a robust HR and people agenda for the region. Your leadership will be instrumental in workforce planning, succession, cultural building, HR operations transformation, and performance and reward interventions. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive long-term business strategy and align HR initiatives accordingly.  

The Individual

We’re looking for an HR leader with strong stakeholder management capabilities, influencing and persuasion skills, and an ability to relate to all levels of the organisation across different cultures. You should be well-versed in talent management, cultural change, and change management. Along with this, you should have a proven track record of success in forward-thinking, progressive multinational organisations, demonstrating strong change management and transformation skills. Experience in tech-driven or allied industry sectors is preferred.
