Our client is a global European manufacturing company with market-leading products. The Country HR Director will drive a culture change from a traditional family business to a high-performance global brand.
Based in Singapore and reporting into the APAC HR Director, this role will have approximately 10 direct reports and work within a team of 10-15 Senior Managers and Directors. This role covers a large base in Singapore, 50% of whom are blue collar workers, so recent plant experience is required. This is an unstructured and open culture that will give you a lot of freedom to design and create new programs and approaches.
Our client is looking for an HR professional who can act as a business partner and trusted advisor to the business. The role requires previous MNC experience as well as the ability to work in an unstructured environment. This role will have a significant level of autonomy, so the successful applicant will need to have a high level of motivation and knowledge to set and implement the strategic direction.
