We are delighted to be working with a growing technology start-up headquartered in Singapore, with a growing presence in Asia. They have plans to double revenue over the next three to five years. The company’s leadership team is looking to this Chief People Officer role to play a critical role in achieving this result.
Working in tandem with the CEO and senior leadership team, the Chief People Officer will drive human capital activities for the organisation and bring to bear improvements in design, process and execution at all levels. Ultimate responsibility rests with this individual to deliver HR strategies which help improve the bottom line. It will be key to establish industry best practices around Compensation and Benefits; Leadership Development; prioritising succession planning in the organisation; and attracting and retaining high potential talent.
You should be an experienced HR leader with multi-cultural and cross-regional exposure. We are looking for someone who is a true people person and business partner – someone who is a seasoned leader, with the energy and passion to thrive in an evolving business. Some technology industry background and start-up experience are ideal, but your mindset and agility are what matters most.
