The Role

The Regional Rewards Director based in Hong Kong will lead a team of compensation and benefits professionals, and be responsible for their development and performance. This role will also work closely with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure that rewards programs are effectively integrated into the business. The Regional Rewards Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Collaboration with senior leadership is essential to ensure the rewards strategy is aligned with business objectives whilst being competitive in the marketplace.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and dynamic rewards professional with market experience in Asia Pacific. Experience from a group/regional level position in both consulting and corporate environments. Should be an analytical, self-motivated and solution-oriented individual with ability to take initiative and drive improvements.
