We are helping a local conglomerate to appoint a Global Compensation & Benefits Senior Lead in Hong Kong. The organisation has been undergoing significant HR transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with the ambition to drive best practice.
The role reports to the Global C&B Head in Hong Kong and will cover various business units, as driven by the C&B Head. The coverage of the role will include Asia, but it will also extend to Europe and the U.S.
Ideally, you should have at least ten to fifteen years’ experience in the C&B area. You should have broad exposure in multiple geographies, such as Europe and the U.S. You should also have consulting experience in C&B that you can draw on for competency work.
