Looking to take the talent acquisition function to the next level, a key need has arisen for a dynamic Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition to join the team and drive the overall end-to-end recruiting agenda. The company’s HR leadership team is outstanding, and its HR model is evolving to ensure a robust platform for future global growth.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced global TA leader who brings a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of how to align the business goals and objectives with the broader talent acquisition strategy. The Vice President of Global TA will serve as a thought leader, developing and executing innovation strategies to attract best in-class recruiting across the business. They will partner with and establish relationships with key stakeholders and leaders to understand their talent and succession needs and then develop the strategies to meet those needs and drive accountability across TA. The new VP of Global TA will design and implement talent attraction messages to build and enhance a strong global employer brand focusing on the development of the social media and technology-based mediums. The Individual

We are seeking an established TA leader with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience and at least 8 years of demonstrated success leading a multinational enterprise talent team. Specific domain knowledge of D&I, full cycle recruiting, succession planning, vendor management, employer branding and working in a complex global matrix environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role as is a proven track record of success. We are looking for a highly collaborative leader who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers and team members.
