This global leader has an extensive history within the consumer industry and, they have continued their growth through a number of strategic acquisitions. Due to continued growth and investment, our client is looking for a senior Global Compensation & Benefits Lead to join their team and help establish a best-in-class Rewards function.
Reporting into the VP, Global Rewards, you will be responsible for helping to create a diverse global Rewards framework in a ‘greenfield’ capacity, that can be rolled out across this multinational organisation. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will help design programmes and policies for all compensation related matters including, but not limited to LTI programmes, job grading, executive compensation and mobility.
The person we are seeking should have significant experience setting up Rewards functions within progressive and complex multinational company environments, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG setting. Exposure to due diligence, mergers and acquisitions is preferred. You will need to bring an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile organisation where change is constant. Fluency in German is highly beneficial.
