The Company

This is a major listed technology company with a reputation for driving innovation and being a leader in its specialist sector. With on-going growth forecast and a newly defined approach to the function, we are involved in the search to identify a Global Head of HR Data & Analytics. The position will be based at their UK headquarters.

The Role

Partnering closely with business stakeholders, COEs and building a high performing team of experts; the role will see you have overall responsibility for developing and managing a global performance and reporting service and tools. You will lead statistical analysis of people data and ultimately be expected to build predictive models into the function.  

The Individual

To be successful, you will have advanced data analytics capabilities and importantly be able to communicate complex data to non-experts. Being a critical thinker with exceptional business insight and strategic orientation will be key; as well as strong people management experience. HRIS systems preferred also.
