We are working with a prominent semiconductor manufacturing organisation renowned for its state-of-the-art technology and worldwide reach. We are assisting them to appoint a few Human Resources Business Partners with Organisational Development background, based in Taiwan.
The Senior HRBP with OD experience, will be responsible for aligning talent strategy with business objectives. Acting as a change agent and strategic partner, they will drive workforce planning, reskilling initiatives, succession planning, and provide HR guidance to leadership. The primary goal will be to enhance organisational efficiency, effectiveness, and elevate the capabilities of the company’s workforce.
With a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, a strong foundation in various HR disciplines such as talent search, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations is required. A good understanding of the semiconductor/software industry is essential. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both written and spoken, are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
