The Global Lead for Emerging Talent role has been created to lead the talent strategy to acquire the critical technology skills required globally in the next phase of their digitisation journey. As a prime technology talent catchment area, Singapore has been chosen as the preferred location to base this role, reporting to HQ in Europe. The key mandate is to create sustainable models to attract, hire, coach and retain this talent pool, with a key focus on catching talent early, from entry to mid-career level. The role will operate at a global level and build the strategy that maps the organisation’s technology objectives to their talent needs and execute this via regional and local talent acquisition, talent branding, DE&I and campus recruitment teams.
As the Global Lead for Emerging Talent, you will have proven experience in regional or global roles, especially from talent acquisition or workforce planning functions in the technology industry.
