The Role

Based in Malaysia, the Head of HR leads the HR team to provide full HR support to the Malaysian operations consisting of over 1,000 people in both commercial and supporting functions. It is a healthy business with good growth momentum, requiring a strong HR leader who can help them continue to drive the development of organisation and talent capabilities. This involves change management, building leadership capability, continuous development of the HR team as business partners, as well as strong employee engagement.  

The Individual

We are looking for a progressive HR leader with extensive business partnering and leadership experience. The successful candidate should have a strong track record managing a sizable business, particularly with a complex workforce. Substantial experience supporting high growth businesses, and must be proactive and solutions-oriented.
