This role is based at a very stable growing biopharma company that has been a major player in the Japan market for over 10 years. The company has a large global presence with over 20000+ people. They have multiple opportunities for career growth and drive a culture that promotes and drives leadership development. They are working to transform HR in close coordination with Global HQ which will make them more competitive and agile, while at the same time attract top talent.
This role will work closely with the senior leaders to understand the business challenges and opportunities. The role will deliver value adding solutions across a range of HR areas including talent management, performance management, change management, capability development, strategic work force planning, employee engagement and total rewards, etc. It will also oversee the general affairs.
The individual should have a significant track record of talent management and developing people and teams, as well as 10+ years as an HR leader. Experience of working within a matrix/complex organization. Proven ability in change management and workforce planning.
