Being able to challenge the norm and create a new model of operating HR by engaging leaders creatively and in a fearless manner. This role will also be continually influencing a senior leadership team and Board of Directors on a weekly basis. If successful in this role, there will be a clear path for personal development.
Japan is a critical market and the leadership has been changed recently, so building relationships/credibility quickly both locally and globally will be expected.
