The Role

As a part of the Executive Leadership team and working closely with the CEO, the Chief People Officer will have the opportunity to utilise their expertise to establish and lead the People function in a new organisation with a significant nationwide presence. As an expert, impartial body committed to a sustainable future, this organisation seeks to impact communities and the environment positively. The Chief People Officer will engage with various stakeholders, including government entities and local communities. Joining the Executive team will provide an opportunity to be part of a pioneering team in a dynamic environment and an industry with enormous potential for innovation and growth.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generalist HR, with proven success in leadership, strategy, and commercial acumen. Exposure to regulated industries is a plus.
