Our client is a global organisation in manufacturing. They have ambitious growth plans and have gone through significant organisational change recently. This has been geared around driving a more strategic approach to building capability. This role will be located in Brussels.
The role will be focused on driving a more joined up approach to talent management, workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, following the establishment of a new model. The role covers multiple countries and a small team. Working closely with the other specialist functions, this person will be the conduit between the external and internal talent processes, defining talent gaps and deciding on the build, buy, borrow approach. Whilst there are strategic objectives around workforce planning, building pipelines and talent pools, the person must also show an appetite to drive the smooth operational processes.
We are looking for a capable senior talent development professional who has ideally worked on both the TM and TA side. You should ideally have worked in a change context in a medium to large MNC, preferably in a healthcare related industry where there is complexity and growth. A resourceful and hands on approach is required, alongside a poise and credibility to build relationships across the matrix organisation.
