Our client is a rapidly expanding and highly successful private equity firm. This entrepreneurial organisation was established over 20 years ago and the Founders who built the business are still at the heart of its evolution today. This is a new role, born out of transformation and growth; with the key mission to impact exciting new initiatives focusing on the strategy and tactical execution of Talent Management programs across the firm globally.
Reporting directly into the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position will build and drive the entire Talent Management strategy and lifecycle across the business. The employee population is a high-touch, sophisticated and multi-cultural group of around 100 at present, across three key international locations, with growth on-going. The role is located in the major office hub in London and will also act as a HR Business Partner for the London population of around 40 employees. This role is critical in supporting the CHRO in the development of an HR agenda and roadmap focusing on Talent, Organisation and Culture and will cover the broad Talent spectrum including Talent Development, Performance Management, onboarding, digitalisation of talent systems and programs and Organisational Development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years’ experience in Talent related roles preferably in a professional services environment. With a background in international organisations and a proven experience of designing, building and delivering a talent agenda across a global dispersed business. Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills are essential, along with problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills. Given the high pace of change and growth, this individual must be a fast learner who enjoys working in pacey, pragmatic environments and who can pivot between strategic influence and design and operational planning and execution.
