Our client is one of the world’s leading logistics companies, providing freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing and supply chain management services to businesses, governments, international institutions and relief agencies.
This role provides strategic and administrative leadership for all aspects of the Asia Pacific Human Resources function and is a member of Global HR and Regional Leadership Teams. This person will act as an advisor to Regional CEO and other Regional leadership – including providing an independent view on individual and organisational development issues, being a sounding board on organisational changes, and coaching and providing feedback to senior executives on people issues.
The successful role-holder should have 15+ years of progressive and proven leadership experience, including at least 10 in senior Human Resources positions. Specialised training in employment law, compensation, recruitment, organisational planning and development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labour relations is preferred. The individual will need excellent interpersonal and coaching skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members.
