We are delighted to work with one of the top employers in Hong Kong in the hospitality industry. The organisation has recently set up group COE teams. We are looking for a Group Talent and Learning Head to join the new COE team, supporting group initiatives.
Reporting to the Group HR Head, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic talent management and capability development initiatives to support and achieve organisation goals, and cultural transformation. It will be part of the senior HR management team on focus on areas including talent assessment, succession planning, capability building, training initiatives, and building organisational effectiveness. It will also lead the learning program design and create a learning culture through HR technology and communications teams.
The successful incumbent should have over 20 years of experience in talent, leadership development and learning and development. You will have worked in progressive and high quality corporate and consulting firms. You should also demonstrate strong capability in partnering with senior business leaders and leading group talent and learning functions.
