Based in New York City, and reporting directly to the CHRO, the Vice President of Talent Acquisition will serve as a thought leader developing and executing innovative strategies to attract best-in-class talent across the organization. A core focus of this individual will be on executive recruitment across the enterprise, anticipating the future needs of the organization and building talent pipelining capability so that talent pools are readily identified, connected with and relationships established with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team.
We are looking for an experienced and collaborative leader who will take a creative and innovative approach to develop recruiting strategies and programs to ensure acquisition of best in class talent across all levels of the organization. This person will have experience leading recruiting teams and programs in the high-end luxury space. An Executive Recruitment background would be an asset, as well as a presence to work with strong stakeholders is a must.
