The Company

A multinational leader in logistics, globally headquartered in the Nordics, our client employs over 83,000 people worldwide and has been in product transformation mode for the past 12 months. The company is investing heavily in sustainable fuels and carbon neutral goals. The HR function has been restructured to support major growth plans and is allowing the leaders of the three People Services centres in the region to spend more time advising business leaders.

The Role

A critical HR Lead for Middle East and India position has opened up. The Head of HR-Middle East and Indian Subcontinent will require an excellent understanding of the intricacies and challenges of these diverse and sometimes volatile markets. This is a strategic business partnering opportunity in a heavily matrixed set-up with a remote team to motivate. A track record in leading teams and sophisticating Talent, HRIS and Reward initiatives will be important. The position will work hand in hand with the Business leader for the region.

The Individual

The appointment will require at least a proven track record in broad, generalist HR experience, and specifically an ability to inspire and build confidence with business leaders. Prior success in navigating complex matrix environments is also important.
