The Company

As one of the organisation’s global hubs, WWF Singapore supports global conservation goals by addressing issues such as deforestation, haze pollution, seafood sustainability and illegal wildlife trade in a network that spans over 100 countries. In Singapore, WWF also protects critical resources for the local population by driving change across government, business, civil society and small communities.
The Role
As a member of WWF Singapore’s Management Team and reporting to the CEO, the Director of Human Resources will proactively advise on HR issues and risk, and formulate sound policies and strategies to mitigate them. Working in partnership with other members of management the Director of Human Resources will create and deliver a performance-led organisation that encourages high levels of motivation and outstanding performance, driving progress against goals and values of the organisation. Ensuring appropriate career progression and exchange of ideas on talent management and learning and development, the Director of Human Resources will work with heads of HR in the global WWF network.
The Individual
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the international arena, with work experience from an NGO an advantage. Ability to demonstrate expertise in strategic HR management including planning and policy, HR business partnering, compensation & benefits, talent management & development. Strong people and communication skills that are developed in a multi-cultural work environment are essential.
