Reporting to the Global Human Resources Business Leader, the Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the strategy, team, and resources for the recruiting function of this business unit. This position will guide the end-to-end TA strategy development, establish metrics, leverage technology, implement innovative social media strategies and ensure a consistent positive candidate experience is achieved. This person will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization and develop strong relationships with hiring management to ensure that the recruiting strategies align with the overarching goals of the business. The Head of TA will operate in a global capacity working across the US, Europe and Asia. This person will lead a team and focus on global collaboration and operational efficiencies.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 15 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of five years in talent acquisition. In addition, individuals will have over five years of leadership experience, highly preferred management experience in geographically dispersed teams. Excellent business acumen and outstanding communication skills are necessary. The ability and proven experience to build TA strategy, lead high-performing teams and influence the business is necessary to be successful in this role.
