The position will be based in London, UK and will play a vital role in the company's future success.
In this highly visible role, the Head of Reward will have responsibility of the overall management of the reward function ensuring that the Reward Philosophy supports the Business and People strategy. Working with the Head of People and wider reward team, the position will develop tailored reward solutions, manage reward processes and policies and will provide technical expertise in order to ensure a clear link between business strategy, talent and reward to maintain the ability to attract, motivate and retain the right employees across the organisation.
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with significant experience in Total Rewards leadership and best practices. The ideal individual will have a strong track record in working within a regulated environment as well as experience working with Remuneration Committees, Boards, and Non-Executive Directors. M&A, transformation, automation, technology, and knowledge related to topics such as DEI and pay gaps will be highly desirable. The successful individual will have high gravitas, credibility, and strong commercial acumen.
