Our client is a public company and a leading global consumer goods company seeking to increase its digital footprint. With a strong family of brands, it controls a significant share in the market. Recently, the company undergone significant ownership change to embark on an exciting opportunity to transform itself to become a more digitally oriented organization. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Reporting to the Global Compensation Director, you will lead the implementation and administration of a variety of global programs and initiatives that include job evaluation, salary administration, and incentive programs. You will also lead major components of the annual compensation planning process. This role will have expansive global exposure, as you will provide support to global regions (APAC, LATAM, Europe, or North America) to support one or more global divisions or functions of the organization.
We are looking for a globally oriented, aspirational candidate who can progressively take on new challenges within the compensation role to eventually progress in to a future leadership position. Strong technical knowledge of global compensation practices will be required, as well as project management, and analytical skillsets in producing and analyzing reports. Knowledge of benefits will also be considered as an asset. This role would suit an individual contributor who thrives in an environment that is undergoing a transformation and reacts well to challenges in global environment.
