The Role

Based in Johor, Malaysia, the Regional Head of HR, Manufacturing will lead the HR function for multiple manufacturing sites in Southeast Asia. Working closely with the site leadership team, this role will focus on strategic HR responsibilities such as leadership development, culture shaping, employee engagement, employer branding, and business partnering. The Regional Head of HR, Manufacturing will also be responsible for the end-to-end HR function including employee relations and union management.  

The Individual

This role suits an HR expert with extensive manufacturing background and prior work experience in large multinational firms. Being at ease with operating within a matrixed organisation and serving as a liaison between local, regional, and global entities is necessary.
