The Company

This person will have proven operational TA experience in large, complex organisations where they have experience implementing best practices, working with key stakeholders and influencing the business. This role will seek out and analyse data to support decisions that align with the overall strategy of the organization. They will bring in an outside approach of developing new and innovative ideas that elevate and push the boundaries within the industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships within the business, demonstrate high emotional intelligence, pragmatic decision making and bring a collaborative spirit and dynamic to the team. He or she will have excellent communication skills and proven experience building trust through a hands-on and results driven approach. As there is a spirit for continued evolution and process improvement, he/she will be comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty, having the ability to adapt and be nimble and lead others through complex situations. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

The Role

The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition is a newly created position within the company and will play a critical role in improving the hiring forecast with both internal and external needs. They will drive the TA annual operating plan for the business unit, including costs, benefit analysis, ROI and priority management. The Senior Director of TA will drive localization of global talent acquisition Center of Excellence efforts and champion global programs, processes and systems to ensure adoption and operating effectiveness. This person will be responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition CEO business unit counterparts to deliver both domestic and global initiatives, increase operating efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting directly into the Global Talent Acquisition leader and operationally to the Sector CHRO, this role located in the New York (tristate area).
