We are thrilled to partner with one of our long-term clients in the retail industry. With a focus on sustainability and responsible business practices, this company is dedicated to making a positive impact on the fashion industry. We are assisting them in appointing a Regional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead, based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, the Regional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies across the region. This role will work alongside business leaders and HR teams to identify and address gaps and drive the development and implementation of initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. The role also involves partnering with external organisations, monitoring progress, and reporting on diversity and inclusion goals.  

The Individual

The ideal individual for this role should have relevant experience in diversity and inclusion in the Asia Pacific region, a deep understanding of best practices and trends, particularly in the retail industry, strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for diversity and inclusion.
