We are partnering with a progressive and market-leading European-headquartered financial services organisation with a global presence.
The HR Business Partner will support APAC teams and global initiatives. The responsibilities of this role include collaborating with the leadership team and broader teams to understand strategic goals and executing them. The HR Business Partner will also provide strategic business partnerships, coaching, and initiatives to managers, leaders, and peer groups.
The ideal candidate must have the ability and experience to identify, evaluate, and develop the business’s strategic and talent development needs. It is essential to have a proven track record in designing and facilitating digital change and transformation programs, and practical experience in developing a DE&I function will be an added advantage.
