We are working with a well-known MNC currently going through a huge amount of change. They are looking for a deep OE process engineering expert to drive OD and transformation to deal with the business shifting. In their significant state of change, the role will be critical to the success of this business. Located at HQ in London, this role will report to the Global Head of OD and will be a 12 month contract.
The role will involve high engagement with senior stakeholders, and therefore strong influencing skills are critical. You will need to assess the current state, understand what is working, and what is not, diagnose where changes need to be made organisationally, and suggest an approach to take to be successful. Leadership skills will be important, as will looking at the bigger picture.
To be successful in the role you will need to have a data driven OE approach and drive performance effectiveness. Dealing with a chunky agenda, you will require a thick skin, and be able to cope with ambiguity. Having experience in Consulting environments will be beneficial to this role as you will need to be able to combine strategic thinking, tools and methodology while rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
