An American headquartered organisation, it is known for its sophistication around technology, and the significant investment taken on by the business, creating a strong analytical capability within HR. As a region, the cluster has a culture that is well-known for local Scandinavian nuances, and the organisation is one that may provide candidates with an opportunity to feel proud of the work that is being done globally.
The role reports into a visionary, regional HR leader who has a warm and engaging style. The individual will be tasked with supporting the people strategy in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. This is a time of a major transformation and it is a great opportunity to be a key part of this change environment. There is a significant emphasis on innovation, employer branding and digital. The role will be highly visible and sits in a region well-known for its HiPo success stories, with a runway to more international opportunities going forward. There is great support through the globally based HR services team, freeing up time to work on strategic projects.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have broad experience working with populations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. They will have worked in multinational organisations and will have seen best practice HR. Able to navigate a matrix environment, they will also be able to understand how to work through change and transformation, and how to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, while working with colleagues within the Nordics and in the wider global HR team and HR Services.
