The HR lead will support the Corporate and Support Functions for the region. Based in Singapore, the role serves as an HR lead managing the entire employee life cycle, from workforce planning to driving recruitment, rewards, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, talent development and career progression.
Reporting to the HRD for the region, the HR lead is ideally a progressive practitioner with strong knowledge of talent management, compensation & benefits, organisation design, employee relations and employee development. Operating within a fast paced and growing business, the appointee must have demonstrated ability in managing a VUCA environment. Agility, curiosity, commercially savvy and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. With broad geographical locations, organisational skills and the ability to interact well across diverse cultures and multiple levels are imperative.
