The Role
The HR Director will drive the people strategy in Vietnam in line with the business goals. With a team of six direct reports and matrix reporting, the role holder would strive to deliver superior employee experience with a key focus on OD, Talent, Rewards, Global Mobility and Business Partnering in a fast-growing market. In addition, the HR Director will lead the organisation’s transformation agenda and will do so through several strategic and tactical HR interventions.
The Individual
The successful candidate will have demonstrated excellent stakeholder management, leadership and influencing abilities and a solid track record in leading change.
Must be a progressive leader with a deep understanding of talent and employee relations in Southeast Asia who can create high-performing teams to drive growth in a complex and dynamic environment.
