The Role

The Director, Talent Acquisition & Strategy will play a key role in elevating the global talent acquisition function. This hands-on strategic leadership position will partner with, and report to, the EVP of HR to redevelop the organization’s approach to talent acquisition, branding, and communications. This role will be called on to create strategic initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all regions. It will also provide influence and guidance to a geographically dispersed team. Other responsibilities will include assisting the talent organization in the development of data and metrics to enable a greater level of service for internal customers. In addition, it will also review current ATS resources and data to improve talent pipelines and closure rates. This remote role will involve up to 25% regional and international travel but may be less if the chosen individual is based near sites in CA or TX.

They will possess an executive presence that will elevate confidence in the talent function across the broader organization.
