The Role

The Talent Director is responsible for leading and overseeing global and local strategic initiatives in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the Greater China Market. The primary focus is on improving the delivery of high-quality talent and leadership programs, enhancing the employee experience through engagement surveys, and advancing DEI priorities.
